Will the Martin Scorsese movie "Shutter Island," which was supposed to be a 2009 big screen release - and finished filming in 2008 - and finally gets a 2010 date penciled in, earn a spot at the 2011 Oscars? Well, that's more than a year away. But, the last movie to be released during the month of February to go on and win the Best Picture Oscar the next year, nearly twenty years ago - "The Silence Of The Lambs."
